I love comedy, children, anything vintage and old sitcoms. I have two magical and exhausting little ones and an awesome husband who I make model for me all the time. I get excited by meeting new people and finding unique ways to capture the beauty of my subjects. I love documenting genuine moments and emotions. I take a laid-back approach when photographing families and love to see the dynamic that naturally unfolds between them. There are so many small intimate interactions between family members that inspire me. I have photographed hundreds of families and there is something special about all of them. I want my photos to feel as though they were taken when nobody was watching. I find joyful, silly, contemplative and cranky moods can all be equally beautiful. I love sessions that take place in a client's home or somewhere they love to be. Before booking a session, I will ask some questions to get to know you and your family.
