Morgana Secco is a lifestyle photographer from London.

I am a London family photographer, in love with people and their stories. My story as a photographer is not usual. When I was a child I’ve never thought about being a photographer, this was never my dream. I did not even have contact with photography, except for my love for organizing the family photos. I have always been a good student and it was very hard to choose just one among a variety of undergraduate courses, my curious soul would like to do most of them. Finally, I choose chemical engineering. So I graduated, concluded a master’s, worked for almost 10 years as an engineer and built a solid career. But I was not happy there. At that point, photography had already entered in my life for some years as a hobby, a passion that I loved studying and exploring. And I saw my eyes shine when I decided to give up my engineer career to dedicate only to photography. As if it was not enough to change my professional life, I decided to change my home, and I moved to London. I think I can say I am a dreamer, but the fighter kind, the one who doesn’t give up until making dreams come true. The last one was moving to London. The next? There are many, let’s have a cup of tea and I’ll tell you!

Lifestyle Photographer, Alexa Kidd-May of London.

Hello, I’m Alexa - a specialist storytelling family photographer based in London. I love to photograph real life as it unfolds and my working style is calm, relaxed and most importantly fun! It’s not about awkward posing and smiling for the camera – it’s more about capturing the natural moments of family life. As my two kids grow up they teach me that life’s precious moments are hidden around every corner. Looking back at the photos I’ve taken throughout their childhood is one of my greatest joys. My aim is to capture that joy and emotion for you and to create a beautiful set of timeless images for your whole family to enjoy for ever. It sometimes feels like there are actually four kids in our family: my husband, our two children and possibly the cutest dog in the world. When we’re not battling it out over a board game or cooking huge family roast dinners I get the chance to lose myself in the latest Netflix drama series, before working my way through endless “to do” lists which never, ever get finished! And did I mention I quite like chocolate too?

London Lifestyle Photographer, Marion Pelletant - UK

I'm a family lifestyle photographer based in London. I've always been passionate about photography but it's only in the last few years that I started specialising in family and baby photography. I believe that children are a godsend for a family photographer because they give so much and are so open with their emotions that it reflects on all the family, unlocking all the love and playfulness. I'm originally from France but I love my new home in the UK, walking through Kent's countryside or London's landmarks with my family.

East Sussex Lifestyle Photographer Laura Aziz, of England, UK

I'm Laura, the woman behind the camera at Baby, Picture This. I live in a lilac coloured house in Brighton with my husband, my son and my daughter. We like to hang out on the beach and fill our days reading Harry Potter and eating Brighton's finest Ice Cream. Ask me, I'll give you a list I am here to capture your life, your people, your loves, your places. WHO YOU ARE I photograph awesome people who want me to hang out and make art from their everyday, capturing what it feels like to be in their family. They want something a little different, a little special. Like them. My clients get that real life isn't always easy or black and white... it can all get a little messy and interesting at times. That's cool, that's where the magic is. In exchange for a few hours of your time and your openness, I will come and hang out with my camera and see you. Because the days are long but the years are short. WHAT I DO I am nostalgic to the point of ridiculousness; it comes in handy in my line of business. I love a good story and I want to learn yours so I can show some of it back to you. Getting it down for your history books. I want to give you something meaningful. Art from your everyday to display on your walls, albums to be pulled off the shelf in 20 years time, prints to keep in little boxes like treasure. Also, I'm a hugger. FYI.

Surrey Lifestyle Photography by Kate Griffin, of England, United Kingdom

I do my very best storytelling work behind the camera when I spend time playing about in the world of a kid’s imagination, where bedrooms become grand castles and a woodland walk transforms into a hunt for bears, Gruffalo’s plus any and all fairy creatures that happen to still be hanging about. I can tease smiles out of the shy, wrangle the over-excited into happy submission and wait out a tantrum without blinking an eye. And that’s just the dads. Toddlers are a breeze in comparison. So if you want honest, heartfelt images of the people you love, I’m the perfect photographer for you.

Norfolk Lifestyle Photography by Rob Dodsworth, UK

I live in the beautiful Norfolk Broads with my wife and two children. I have been photographing weddings and families since 2010. One of the best things in life is a good story and that's what my approach to photography is all about. I get a real buzz capturing those special moments, moments you might not remember or, perhaps, did not get to see. Even moments which, at the time, might have seemed insignificant will take on greater significance as the years roll by. I get my best images when you're just being yourselves - natural light and natural emotions!

London Lifestyle Photography by Panayis Chrysovergis

Born in 1978, in the middle of the summer in Athens.. And fast forward to 2002: I studied Mechanical Engineering at Technological institution of Athens learning how things work and more importantly how to break them. I then worked in this field for 8 years, but this career path left me searching for a creative outlet. I’ve always liked photography but never thought in my wildest dreams I could make a career out of it. In 2010 i came home with a new mindset and determination, to do something more fulfilling and challenging. Something that would engage me creatively. I succeeded in joining the Department of Photography and Audio-visual Arts, making my hobby my life pursuit. I undergraduate with Ηonors in documentary photography. In 2012, I continued to study Documentary Photography and i attended the “Photojournalism and Documentary Photography” program at the International Center of Photography (ICP) in New York I completed my studies with a residence in the international research programme of residence in the National School of Photography (Ecole Nationale et superieure de la photographie) the only art school in France dedicated exclusively to photography. I had produced pictures on humanitarian crisis, focusing in social issues around the globe. Some of the countries and projects include India, Turkey, Syria, Jordan, France, Italy, Esthonia, Sweden, Finland, and United States of America among others. Since 2012, my photo projects began to appear in websites, newspapers and magazines worldwide (Le monde, Guardian, Le journal de la photographie, I-D magazine, Vice, National Geographic and others. In 2013 i have been Awarded as one of the best 10 Young Photographers at Athens Photofestival and the following year i was in the 1st Place, at Sony World photography Awards. But it's the story-telling part of working as a documentary photographer that has the most influence on how I now work as a documentary family and wedding photographer and this is how my editorial photography has shaped my photography. I spent a long time learning about light, about people and about story-telling. It’s not easy, telling a story with pictures.

Family portrait of England and London lifestyle photographer Marta Ilardo of the United Kingdom

Hi, I’m Marta and I’m a lifestyle photographer based in London and Athens. Photography is my way of thinking, my way of seeing the world. I have a love for natural light and true emotions, real connections and authentic moments. I love to laugh with your wild children, explore with your serious adventurer or be still with your quiet observer. Our session is about you and your family and creating images that tell your story. I started photographing weddings as a way to support myself while doing my MA in photography (more years ago then I care to admit) and it stayed with me, more or less thorough all these years. You probably want to also know that I’m very relaxed and you will not get any stress from me during your portrait session.

Bedfordshire, UK Lifestyle Photography by Sharron Gibson

Hugger. Mother. Earl Grey tea drinker. And, oh yes. Rather importantly, I'm obsessed with light, finding it and looking at it. I love just watching different qualities of light and seeing how it moves and changes the world. I'm a former BBC journalist who went on to study an MA in Photojournalism and follow my photography passion. Photographing families and creating memories for them was born out of that passion.

Picture of London lifestyle photographer Irma Arrowsmith of England, United Kingdom

Hi there, I'm Irma, a mum and family documentary photographer born in the Netherlands and living in London. I've always had a passion for photography, and have taken photos all over the world on my travels, before I finally moved to London, got married, had a baby girl and started my own business. I love the joy, fun, humour and happy chaos of family life - something I try to reflect in my work. For me it's all about capturing the tiny moments that say something unique about you and your child and family. Whether it's messy meal times, splashy bath times or a day in the park, it's the seemingly insignificant details, captured on camera unposed and unfiltered, that show the individuality of each and every family.

United Kingdom Lifestyle Photographer, Allister Freeman

I’ve been a professional portrait photographer for many years working with many families and children of all ages, as well as plenty of babies and newborns. Unlike most family portrait photographers, I aim to avoid anything staged or forced. Instead, I photograph my portraits in the same natural and authentic documentary style. I shoot mostly in black and white during these family sessions as I find it helps to convey the personalities, atmosphere and fun over and above colour, which can often be distracting.

Anna Mikulich is a Lifestyle Photographer - Hampshire, UK

Lifestyle and Wedding Photography is my passion. At my young age, I delighted with the beauty of our world and always wanted to keep amazing memories for myself and others for a long time. Then I was managed to do this with the help of my «magic» camera by creating original and unique images that reflect the beauty of humanity and nature, the experiences we all feel and share. Now I am still falling in love with Lifestyle Photography that gives me a unique opportunity to visit beautiful places, meet interesting people and help them to capture those joys and happiness. I am lucky to do what I do!

West Sussex Lifestyle Family Photographer Nicola Rhodes

A trained photojournalist, and having photographed over 500 weddings, events, families, and couples, I have the experience, skillset, and knowledge to take true documentary photos that tell the real story and personality of you and your loved ones. I have a naturally creative eye, therefore being artistic, seeing things from another perspective, chasing the light and looking for pockets of light, creating dynamic compositions, and getting down to your child’s eye level is how I capture life through their eyes. It’s an enjoyable and rewarding job, and I am a true perfectionist in what I do, but more than anything I'm passionate. You won’t be disappointed. I have a very relaxed style of photography and like to let things unfold naturally, encouraging children to run around and explore so that I can see them naturally, keeping them engaged and capturing their individual expressions and unscripted moments, this is the point in lifestyle photography. I’m always happy to give gentle direction with any type of portrait and even with family lifestyle sessions, I will generally take a handful of group photos, parent and child portraits, and individual photos of the child/ children, aiming for a mix of a small number somewhat posed as well as the main bigger bulk of the images being un-posed and true. They don’t have to be elaborate affairs, some of my favourite photos were normal, simple, everyday moments - captured beautifully and naturally, using natural light, which I’m known for.

Sophie Mitchell is a UK lifestyle photographer of children and families

I’ve been a professional photographer since 2007, before then I was a TV producer, mostly working on travel documentaries. As a photographer I’ve always chased the most beautiful version of reality and strived to tell real stories in the most vivid way. I started off my photography career with a degree, a few exhibitions and a bit of commercial work, which I loved. I became a mum for the first time in 2010 by which time I was starting to establish myself as a wedding photographer, which is now a very big part of my life and I massively enjoy. I always new that in some shape or form I’d end up working with kids and once I was a mum I very quickly realised what a massive demand there was for very real yet strikingly beautiful images of family life.

Sian Manning is a UK lifestyle photographer from Dorset and serving all of England.

I know it's always daunting having your picture taken and can be quite awkward to begin with, we will have a chat, maybe eat some cake and get to know each other a bit first, photos should be fun, not something to dread! I have a passion for capturing love, fun and special family memories. I have a soft spot for black and white images and pictures that show emotion. I have always loved photography, right through from owning my first camera, to studying at college, holidays and my first ‘proper’ camera. Having my own children has really thrown me back in love with taking lifestyle pictures and capturing the fun and frolics of daily life. The best thing about photography and especially printed images is that they capture a moment in time, a moment that you will never get back again, but one that you can treasure for a lifetime. This is exactly why I love taking pictures, so that you can always look back on the newborn baby days with those same feelings of love and adoration you felt when you first welcomed them into the world. Or you can remember that walk in the woods like it was yesterday, playing peekaboo behind the trees or watching your little one run around with their favourite teddy bear. I would love to help you treasure those special memories too.

Portrait of Kingston Lifestyle Photographer Viara Mileva

Before becoming a family and lifestyle portrait photographer, I was a parenting scientist. I got a PhD, analyzing thousands of mothers playing with their babies and I learned to notice tiny changes in facial expressions, small movements, and family dynamics. These are important to my photography today. I now live on an acreage near Kingston, with my husband, three children, and a menagerie of animals. My days are spent with the crow of roosters out the window, while I drink ALL the coffee and spread the joy of loving your life, loving your real self, and being forgiving of yourself as a parent.

Seine-et-Marne lifestyle photographer Virginia Bouyer

As far back as I can remember, I have always had a camera grafted to my eye since childhood. I immortalized my family, my friends, what surrounded me. After high school, I joined a school of graphic design for 3 years, to realize that photography fascinates me even more! I then go to a photo school in Paris, and work directly for Tennis Magazine France for almost 10 years. I then, following the birth of my daughter, transformed sports reporting into family reporting (I realized that it was sport to photograph children!). Giving people happiness by creating their memories has become obvious. I like coming to your place or wherever you want, telling your story, your family in pictures. Capture your emotional moments, your laughter, your knowing looks in natural light. In fact I transcribe life through my lens. I love life, photography is my life. Smile for life.
