I'm Jonas, 39, born in Ghent and living in Aalst. Married with Heike and father of Mon (6) and Miene (4). Together, my everything. In addition, I love the sea, music, sour sweets and lifestyle photography of course. For me, photography is a hobby that got out of hand. After enthusiastic reactions to my travel photos, friends sometimes asked me to photograph their children or even their marriage. And successfully, because many tens of thousands of photos later, I was able to make my profession out of photography. My style? Spontaneous, romantic, no-nonsense lifestyle photography. But above all: unusual. Furthermore, I am quite a calm and down-to-earth guy. Absolutely no big noise or someone who pushes you too much. You can safely pose for a photo, but just as well I just walk the entire day in your shadow and I give a clue here and there. If you are only in the spotlight, I will ensure that I have captured the best moments.
My passion for photography began long ago when I was gifted a camera for my 18th birthday. From this day I traveled around the world with my camera and the beautiful landscapes and wonderful light inspired me to take pictures. Then, the joy of becoming a mother reinforced my artistic eye. I discovered the happiness of seizing the present moments with my children growing up: their games and laughter, their imagination, their joy of discovery and the variety of emotions I could feel. My passion for capturing raw emotion and true moments grew more and more! And little by little it became obvious that I wanted to live my passion and to tell unique stories to last a lifetime. So, I decided to quit my position of professor in biomechanics to become a professional family photographer.
What I like: Share the emotion, revive it around an image, escape from everyday life, move, meet new people, immortalize highlights. I like to be able to express my creative side through photography. Above all, I like the relation to the other, in all its facets. I like the emotions, the feelings and then see on the faces the force or the softness with which they express themselves. Share a moment of happiness with you, a parenthesis, be the accomplice and privileged witness of this moment and you will reflect the most just possible image, in its singularity. Why talk about “Lifestyle” sessions? This term simply means that these are sessions whose purpose is to offer you photos of you in natural conditions, seek spontaneity while guiding you. “Lifestyle” photo lances take place in a location chosen by you. It will be a place that looks like you, that speaks to you, that you appreciate, or even simply at home, in your daily life. It is a moment where we can laugh, run, discover, share moments of life quite simply.
When Oliver was born, I had a really hard time with the speed of life. It seemed as if an entire life had flown by in one week. And so it was. I dreamed of a pause button. That everything would go a little slower to enjoy his little toes and cute smiles just a little longer. That everything could stand still for a moment, right through the baby rush. I was afraid of forgetting bits of his life. From beauty, to the small milestones of every day. It seemed as if other mums were doing everything so well. They could tell the growth of their baby very precisely, per week, per kilogram. I couldn't do that. I had other things on my mind: new ideas, my own wishes. I was trapped between my drive on the one hand and my desire to enjoy my baby bubble on the other. The first months with Charlie were a world of difference. This second time I could enjoy my postpartum period. I now know how to MAKE time instead of running after life. I can intensely enjoy my family life and my boys. Every moment is valuable. The most beautiful smile on Sunday morning. A mouth full of chocolate, dancing through the living room in pajamas. The secret painting on our newly whitewashed wall. How fantastic and beautiful is it to give this feeling to other mums and dads too? I believe that every parent can consciously enjoy the first moments as a family. Because how unique are those first months of life ... Once you know how you can experience and hold on to this time, you can always relive the little moments. Being able to enjoy your maternity time forever, how special is that.
I am passionate about lifestyle family photography! You notice that when you see me working professionally. What do you get to see? A professional photographer who works professionally and efficiently, who knows how to behave correctly in every situation and who discreetly moves to take sneaky and almost invisible beautiful pictures for you. Someone who does not shy away from crawling or lying on the ground with one goal: the ideal photo.
I am Pieter, an enthusiastic creative person with a keen eye for special moments in daily life. As a photographer - I'd rather call it a storyteller - I look for memorable passages in life, I like to think about it and I take my time to tell my own story about it. For me, photography is the continuous search for new stories and then capturing them from an unexpected angle. I myself do not like the stiff pose and I try to be as absent as possible as a photographer in my environment. Only in this way can I incorporate the spontaneous experience into a surprising series of images.
By taking photos of my sons, the value of small everyday moments really became clear to me. I photograph them during play and mischief, during fun moments and crying, during fraternization and quarrels. These photos say so much about them and their personality that I am sure that they will cherish these memories the most later. I also want to realize these memories with you. I live and work in Landegem near Ghent, but as a photographer I go everywhere. Feel free to contact me if you live in Antwerp, Ostend, Brussels, Kortrijk or Hasselt. A trip abroad is also perfectly possible.
I am Sophie! I spend most of my days in Ghent, where I live and work. I have been photographing and filming for as long as I can remember, although I have evolved from making after-school "village documentaries" at the age of 8 to a full-time existence as a photo and videographer. Tirelessly optimistic, I am always looking for authenticity and connection; as a fiery believer in the beauty that people are capable of and a lover of the humor of everyday life, I try to capture sincere moments. I also like to make corporate films and photos based on a strong story.

Hello, it's me, Lucille! I am 32 but I keep a child's soul. That's probably why I love photographing children and families. I started photography during a family gathering, doing a kind of family documentary without knowing it. I fell in love with live and instant portrait and decided to go professional and spend more time doing what I love.
Better known as Tia Karol, a gaucho resident in Ribeirão Preto, I'm in love with the world of mothering and photography since 2011. I can't talk about my profession, not to mention my family, who really shows who I am and what makes me admire to register the daily life. The smile of everyday life, the jokes, the learning phases, all teach me so much and change my gaze as a photographer day after day. My goal is to be able to photograph each family in their individuality, their personality, that the essence is recorded in a timeless way. I want the smiles to be repeated year after year, the moments to be relived as I look at an image I could have the happiness of making, as I smile when I see the happiness of my family. And with all this love, for families and photographs, I want every person who passes through my lens to become part of this circle of affection as well. May friendships be cultivated, stories shared, and everything done with love and simplicity. With love!
As far back as I can remember, I have always had a camera grafted to my eye since childhood. I immortalized my family, my friends, what surrounded me. After high school, I joined a school of graphic design for 3 years, to realize that photography fascinates me even more! I then go to a photo school in Paris, and work directly for Tennis Magazine France for almost 10 years. I then, following the birth of my daughter, transformed sports reporting into family reporting (I realized that it was sport to photograph children!). Giving people happiness by creating their memories has become obvious. I like coming to your place or wherever you want, telling your story, your family in pictures. Capture your emotional moments, your laughter, your knowing looks in natural light. In fact I transcribe life through my lens. I love life, photography is my life. Smile for life.
My name is Emily, I’m a Brazilian professional photographer and I live in the Netherlands! :) I was born in 1992 and I remember spending many days of my childhood seeing the family albums over and over as if it could keep a moment with magic and visit it several times. I love people and their characteristics so I can say that there is not even a day where I'm not creating or thinking about creating something. Routines have always been very tedious for me, so I decided to leave my experience as a pharmacist in the past and to become a professional photographer. I traded the heat of Rio de Janeiro for Amsterdam in 2017, and here I live with my fiancé and two beloved cats. Platform boots, skinny jeans, and messy hair describe me perfectly. And food. Oh, I can't think about living without chocolate. For 4 years I used the name EGAC Photos [Emily's Got a Camera] but in 2019 I decided that my company needed a new identity, then Framed by Emily was born. My work is extremely rewarding and is my biggest fuel because I am always meeting people with different nationalities, stories, and cultures.
